The firm has a group of 17 lawyers working with special emphasizes in execution, restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings, as well as in debt restructuring negotiations, special situations, consultancy to clients in the acquisition of claims and pre-litigious matters regarding this practice area. 

The firm historically acts on behalf of creditors, notably banks, investment funds and other financial institutions, although - more recently - we have been acting also on behalf of debtors.
