Our Arbitration practice group consists of seasoned lawyers with extensive experience in disputes involving more than one jurisdiction or dispute resolution mechanism, who are also versed in several languages and routinely involved in bilingual proceedings. We represent many of the largest corporations, financial institutions, insurers and governmental entities across a range of industries including oil & gas, energy, engineering and construction, mining, technology and innovation, telecommunications and intellectual property. 

We are active before major international and domestic arbitral institutions, including the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the London Maritime Arbitrators Association (LMAA), the Center for Arbitration and Mediation of the Brazil-Canada Chamber of Commerce (CAM-CCBC), the São Paulo Chamber for Mediation and Arbitration (CMA-FIESP/CIESP), the Market Arbitration Chamber of the São Paulo Stock Exchange (CAM/B3), the Business Arbitration Chamber of Brazil (CAMARB), the Fundação Getúlio Vargas Arbitration Center (FGV), the Brazilian Center of Mediation and Arbitration (CBMA), as well as in ad hoc proceedings and under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. Members of our arbitration practice group sit as arbitrators in high-value cases or serve as administrative secretaries to arbitral tribunals, demonstrating that the legal marketplace agrees with their legal interpretations.
