The firm is at the forefront of the energy sector, providing advice to clients on matters relating to solar energy, hydroelectricity pumped-storage energy, wind energy, natural gas-fired power plants and gas transfer and distribution. 

Developers, lenders, producers, sponsors, purchasers, suppliers, distributors, governments and regulatory authorities are among the clients benefiting from our involvement in some of the largest energy deals to date in the traditional and renewable energy fields. For example, we represented the lenders in the development of a 121MW solar energy thermal power station in Israel – one of the largest renewable energy projects undertaken to date in Israel. 

As one of the premier single-designated Project Finance departments in Israel, we have been involved in almost all of the project financings that have taken place in Israel in recent years. We advise these clients on the complete spectrum of project financing models (BOT, PFI, BOO, DBFO, and others) in all sectors, including transportation, water desalination, telecom, conventional energy, renewable energy, and natural gas. 

We act for banks, institutional investors, and developers in developing pathfinder and innovative financing structures for their projects, which include representing Israel's Ministry of Regional Co-operation on its development of the Red Sea–Dead Sea project and NTA in its development of the Red Line of the Tel Aviv Light Rail project.
