Our IP practice is one of our most highly reputed expert fields which has assisted numerous corporate clients in various issues concerning the registration of trademarks, trade names and service marks and the registration of copyrights for commercial, and computer works. We have also negotiated and prepared intellectual property and know-how agreements and licenses and have represented clients in the prosecution and defence of trademark and patent  infringement claims. 

R&D Cooperation

We also assist our pharma and biotech clients by preparing and negotiating university R&D cooperation contracts and clinical trial agreements for a variety of pharma and biotech research.
