Our firm has extensive experience in mass redundancies, advising and assisting both employers and employee associations in the negotiation of social plans. The team also has great expertise, particularly in recent cases, in the area of internal investigations of suspected criminal acts by employees, where companies consult us both as independent experts and for advice on the proper conduct of internal investigations. Further, we have considerable experience in the area of public employment law, where we advise various municipalities and state authorities in conflict situations with employees and represent them in court. Moreover, our team has broad expertise in the field of collective labour law and regularly provides expert opinions on contentious legal issues.
