We have extensive experience in structuring a wide range of investment funds, including Private Equity Funds (Fundos de Investimento em Participações – FIPs), Receivable Funds (Fundos de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios – FIDCs), Real Estate Funds (Fundos de Investimento Imobiliário – FIIs), Infrastructure Funds (Fundos de Investimento em Infraestrutura – FI-Infra), specific investment funds regulated by CVM Instruction No. 555/14, among others.
