The team has experience advising on high-stakes financial dispute, including LIBOR and FX related investigations and sanctions issues, and finance related disputes in High Court and arbitrations.

When Stephenson Harwood was founded in 1875 one of our first clients was the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation. This relationship still holds true today.
