1. Assisted ME Energy with its USD 11.89 million acquisition by Kilburn Engineering Ltd.
2. Advised Ohmium International on its USD 250 million Series C fundraise from global investors such as TPG Rise Climate, Hanover Technology Investment Management, Fenice Investment Group, and Energy Transition Ventures.
3. Advised one of India’s most prominent solar energy companies on a global restructuring of its operations, involving cross-border domiciling and complex investment structuring advisory – which included an analysis of 25 solar projects.
4. Assisted MLR Auto on its acquisition by a subsidiary of the largest Indian industrial and consumer electricals manufacturer.
5. Representing India’s largest oil and natural gas company in a construction arbitration involving critical onshore assets, advising on strategic counterclaims, complex delay analysis, and damage valuation.
