Our Travel team has continued to go from strength to strength, with a diverse make up of work, acting on behalf of Claimants but also Defendants in PI claims that occur abroad and other travel related claims.

Claim types include package holidays, road traffic collisions abroad including involving the MIB, workplace accidents abroad, Athens convention cases, Montreal convention, and group actions following holiday disasters and illness outbreaks. We continue to receive enquiries and instructions relating to a number of high profile disasters including aviation incidents, coach crashes, and terrorist attacks. 

We are known for acting for clients who have sustained catastrophic injury abroad and are proud of the holistic offering we can provide to them, including inquest representation, support during criminal proceedings, AAIB representation, etc. We’re also able to cross refer to colleagues to offer welfare benefit advice, Court of Protection and Trusts advice and financial investment advice to ensure clients are fully supported. 

We remain at the forefront of litigation arising from jurisdiction and applicable law challenges as a result of the ever-changing nature of this area of the law.
