We have designed risk management and loss control programs and have represented our clients at all levels of the Courts in Canada. We are experienced in structuring and creating P3s, including advising on tendering, procurement and risk management issues, and the wide variety of issues arising out of large construction and infrastructure projects. We also act as independent fairness monitors.

We assist clients with projects both nationally and internationally including large-scale infrastructure, institutional, industrial and commercial projects such as highways, railways, dams, tunnels, pipelines, mines, industrial facilities, schools and educational facilities, hospitals, manufacturing plants, commercial buildings, and condominiums.

Members of our team were co-counsel to the Ontario Government in the review of the Construction Lien Act, and were recently retained to co-lead a review of the federal prompt payment and adjudication initiative.
