Our work covers the life-cycle of employment; from recruitment, contracts, retention, absence, performance, rewards, change, redundancy to TUPE, tribunals, disputes, disciplinary action, dismissal and discrimination. 

The team works together so that clients know that they can always contact somebody and get a speedy response. This is consistent with the team’s approach to business- focused advice.

Advice is of course provided within the legal framework (and both main team members are experts in their field), but there is also regard for the impact on the client’s business and its wider HR strategy and objectives. This is achieved by getting to know clients well - including the ethos, HR focus and pressure points of clients.
