The firm advises on both the drafting and negotiation of documentation, and all aspects of dispute avoidance and resolution in the construction and engineering industry.  Particular experience of adjudication and litigation in the Technology and Construction Court and arbitration, both in the UK and internationally. 

Whilst based in the south east, the firm works for clients and on projects across the country.
