We advise company founders, project developers, financing providers, utilities and infrastructure investors regarding transactional and enterprise-level structuring, financing, taxation, employment, disputes, revenue contracts, permitting and land use, real estate rights, construction and supply agreements and technology protection. We are focused on, and have the experience to assist our clients in, all aspects of the renewable energy sector - turning business plans into real ventures and projects. Our services to developer and investor clients are comprehensive and include environmental, permitting, community relations, land rights, equipment procurement, finance, power purchase arrangements, and project acquisitions and divestitures. We also assist clients in structuring transactions to best utilize the Federal Production Tax Credit and the Investment Tax Credit.
