Our Litigation group operates primarily within two teams: Arabic litigators and bilingual litigators. Our Arabic litigators handle a wide range of corporate/commercial-related litigation for all our local clients. Our bilingual litigators, who are fluent in English and Arabic, represent foreign clients on any dispute that may result from their activities in Egypt. Over the past 12 months, our litigation team has won 12 cases and reached a favorable settlement for a client, with a total dispute value amounting to over USD 30 million. Our clients include BNP Paribas, Hochdorf, responsAbility Fund, Omaz, Tatweer Misr, and Hoogwegt.
