• $3.5 million dollar ICDR award for a private lender against a Bulgarian guarantor;
• Successful motion in Florida state court to compel arbitration on behalf of a boutique investment bank against an offshore cryptocurrency issuer;
• Favorable settlement for the petitioner in a proceeding for U.S. recognition and enforcement of a R$ 15 million-plus AMCHAM award;
• Forced uncompensated withdrawal of claims by a production company against our media company client in the pre-selection stage of an ICDR proceeding;
