Our team was trained by, and worked under, a former senior partner who had served as labour court judge; thus, we have particularly in-depth expertise in the practical side of the legislative system. For example, we now provide advice to clients concerning compliance with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act BE 2562 (2019) (expected to enter into force on 1 June 2022), a very new law which is not widely understood.
