During the last year our firm has advised China Development Bank in granting a credit facility to Shougang, Triple Flag Mining in a stream transaction with Minera Milpo, Banco de Crédito del Perú in the financing of the development of a logistic center, JP Morgan in granting a credit facility to a local company, Chinalco in the negotiation of different credit facilities for a total amount of approximately US$ 600 millions, BBVA Banco Continental in the financial of a transmission line, among other relevant transactions.
