Roschier's Real Estate team is one of the strongest real estate transaction teams in Finland with extensive capacity and experience of a significant part of the major transactions taken place in Finland.  The team regularly advises institutional investors, real estate funds, developers and corporations in complex and challenging real estate transactions as well as related environmental law matters. 

The team delivers comprehensive advice, including strategic guidance on structuring deals from both corporate and tax perspectives, negotiating transactions and defending clients’ interests in procedures before the courts and other authorities.
