The Banking & Finance Department provides advice on the structuring and formalization of syndicated and bilateral structured financial operations, as well as on regulatory and market aspects of debt securities. It leads both project financing, corporate debt, real estate financing, asset financing, loan transfers as well as refinancing and debt restructuring.

In particular, the Banking and Finance Department practices in the following areas:
