Robinson Bradshaw’s finance and capital markets practice encompasses middle-market asset-based and cash-flow financings to large, multibillion-dollar syndicated financings. We represent lenders and borrowers up and down the capital structure including advising arrangers/lenders and borrowers in investment grade and non-investment grade syndicated credit facilities; bridge acquisition financings; second lien, unitranche and subordinated debt credit facilities; asset-based working capital facilities; multicurrency cross-border financings; intercreditor agreements; note purchase agreements; loan workouts and debt restructurings; and receivables-based financings. We advise arrangers and lenders in syndicated lending transactions with an aggregate deal volume of over $160 billion from 2013-22.
In our private equity practice, we counsel fund clients, independent sponsors and other private equity investors on buyouts and other portfolio company investments, including control buyouts, management buyouts, non-control equity investments, add-on acquisitions for portfolio company platforms, dispositions of portfolio companies and assets, joint ventures and strategic relationships.
We represent private credit funds, SBICs, BDCs, other lenders and investors, portfolio companies and borrowers across a full spectrum of private credit transactions, including senior unitranche and mezzanine finance transactions. We represent clients in the full life-cycle of these financing transactions.
