  • We were recently engaged by ACCA, Docthers and Naya Jeevan for assistance in matters involving termination of certain employees who were expected to resist their termination.
  • We were engaged by Halliburton Worldwide Limited to provide regular advise on-going employer/employee issues.
  • The Firm is representing ICI Pakistan Limited in contentious litigation matters before the appellate authority of the Employee Old Age Benefits Institution at Islamabad and before the Honourable Islamabad High Court.
