Our Capital Markets team advised Andino Capital Servicer, the financial arm of Andino Investment Holding, on structuring the first programme of private securitized bond issues for Fondo APE, valued at USD 200 million. The bonds, backed by collection rights and cash flows from debt portfolios, were purchased and partly structured by Gramercy Funds Management LLC. We conducted a comprehensive analysis of the securitized assets, designed the securitisation trust and issuance programme, and handled the drafting and negotiation of all relevant agreements. Fondo APE channels funding to various branches within Andino’s group, supporting SME financing through structured financial products. The transaction reflects a deepening partnership between Andino and Gramercy, and involved complex negotiations and sophisticated structuring due to issues such as potential subordination and trust optimization. Following our advice, the first bond issue was successfully placed.
