He is very knowledgeable and lectures to others to pass along his knowledge, which is a good attribute."
David Pratt is chair of the private client group at the firm. He is described by a source as a "big name in Florida," and another interviewee says that "he's always had a great practice," adding: "I would recommend him to others." Pratt advises high net worth individuals and families on estate and tax planning matters.
Jay Waxenberg advises on tax and estate planning, business structuring and marital agreements. "He has a fantastic reputation and he deserves every bit of it," enthuses a source, who adds that "there is nothing that is too complex for him." Another interviewee reports: "He is a very intelligent man who can do an awful lot of helpful things for his clients."
Stephanie Heilborn is head of the firm's international private client services group. "I have the highest regard for Stephanie’s skills and judgement of situations and of people," says an interviewee, adding: "She is accurate, prompt and has come to know us with clarity, meaning that we communicate readily and with perception."
