We have solid background and international experience to advise companies and trade associations on a wide spectrum of issues such as special customs systems (importation and exportation); preferential treatment under international agreements; taxation and tax benefits in foreign trade; trade facilitation; customs valuation; tariff code; rules of origin; ex-tariff system; non-tariff barriers; trade defense – antidumping and subsidies (countervailing measures); safeguards (general or provisional measures); sanitary and phytosanitary measures; technical barriers to trade; service trade; assessment of the compatibility of foreign trade conditions in other countries with WTO rules.
