In the regulatory area, we offer advice within the scope of the Brazilian Forestry Code, the National Policy on Climate Change, the Pesticides Law, the Seed Law, the Biosafety Law, among several other legal frameworks at federal, state and municipal level.

We have a long history of work with the Brazilian Environment and Renewable Natural Resources Institute (Ibama), the National Technical Biosafety Commission (CTNBio), the Ministry of Agriculture, and the Public Prosecution Office.

We assist multilateral bodies and are pioneer in joint actions between public agencies and the private sector in the search for solutions to environmental liabilities.
