Our Projects area is composed by a solid team of highly specialized lawyers in public procurement processes, public law, infrastructure and project finance.

Has an adequate mix of partners, senior associates and junior associates, in order to provide our clients efficient legal services to cover all project needs.

Advises local and international clients, including construction companies, sponsors, local and international lenders, multilateral credit agencies, private equity funds, export/import financing agencies, governmental entities, institutional investors, among others.

Provides counsel to clients in connection with transportation infrastructure (toll roads,  ports, airports, and railways), social infrastructure (hospitals, jails, schools), public  utilities infrastructure (telecommunications, water and sewerage systems, energy)  and real estate developments (hotels, buildings, urban renovation), among others.

Advises clients in the engagement of strategic and financial investors who join the  projects as part of the financing scheme.
