The shift toward clean energy has led to a surge in renewable energy financing, an area in which we are highly active. Legal support in digital infrastructure has also grown, particularly for fiber optic networks and broadcasting towers, reflecting the need for reliable communication systems.
In sustainability law, Lisa Urbas supports businesses in navigating ESG requirements. Since 2022, she has co-chaired the Sustainability Board of AIJA. In 2024, we launched the PHH ESG & Sustainability Desk, offering clients strategic guidance on ESG compliance, green and sustainability-linked financing, and integrating ESG into business strategy. Our interdisciplinary approach ensures comprehensive support in this evolving field.
