3.    Financing: The Firm prepares the “legal engineering” for structuring the financial and security packages, intervenes in the negotiation and drafting of the loan and security agreements as well as related documents and assisted in the management of the loan agreements. The firm also represents clients in public offerings, private placements, securitizations, and fund management related to real estate financings.
