Our Intellectual Property practice group offers a full range of services in order to establish, maintain and protect our clients’ intellectual property rights, such as patents, trademarks, copyrights, domain names and related subjects, covering matters such as unfair competition, internet law and privacy law. The attorneys of our Intellectual Property practice group are experienced in litigation, and are assisted by engineers, chemistries and paralegals all of whom have an extensive training.

We handle complex patent infringement cases to protect our clients’ rights. We have obtained favorable judgments in connection with the rejection of revalidation patents against the Argentine Patent Office and we represent several clients in many cases related to different copyright matters, such as: lack of protection of “ideas” isolated from the work of art or protection of the “look and feel” of a data base.
