  • the structuring, formation, listing and marketing of, investment funds, as well as on additional fund raisings for the likes of investors and fund managers;
  • advising institutional investors in respect of their investments in investment funds, including feeder funds, co-investment vehicles and single LP funds;
  • the structuring and financing of strategic investments, including through feeder vehicles, co-investment vehicles, club deals, joint ventures and intermediate holding structures for downstream investments;
  • license applications, registrations and private placement exemptions;•regulatory matters, including issues arising from the implementation of the AIFMD, MiFID II/ MiFIR, EuVECA, IFD/IFR, MAR, SFDR and Taxonomy Regulation and regulation relating to digital assets;
  • legal and regulatory issues relating to investments by institutional investors in and through private investment (PE, real estate and infrastructure) funds and individualised managed accounts, including fund due diligence and negotiating the conditions for their participation;
  • the negotiation of investment management agreements, outsourcing matters and asset pooling;
  • alternative funding partnerships and other alternative credit structures and debt funds (investing in for instance real estate, trade finance or infrastructure related loans); and
  • the disposal or acquisition of asset management businesses
