Our Emergency Response Team is highly experienced in handling casualties throughout the Asia Pacific region. The team is familiar with all issues arising from casualties including salvage,
general average, insurance, tonnage limitation, statutory/criminal liability and environmental/
pollution issues.
In addition to drafting and advising on shipbuilding and ship repair contracts, our lawyers also handle litigation and arbitration where disputes have arisen under such contracts.
