The firm’s Corporate and Commercial practice is co-headed by Marie Hayek, who is counsel in the firm.  Ms. Hayek, who also co-heads the firm’s banking and finance practice (see separate submission), was formerly General Counsel of the Banque Française de l’Orient in Paris (Groupe Crédit Agricole Indosuez) and prior to that, head of the legal branch of Bank Saradar in Paris.  Ms. Hayek and her team work closely with the DR practice on insolvency litigation matters and M&A disputes.
