The New Park Court Professional Discipline Team is a team of highly experienced practitioners who regularly attend hearings on behalf of the General Medical Council, the Royal College of Nursing, and the Police Federation. Members also attend hearings at the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal and other professional tribunal hearings. Our members are frequently involved in significant disciplinary cases attracting media interest. These include continuing to act on behalf of the General Medical Council in the disciplinary hearings. We have extended our representation of professionals at disciplinary tribunals to the General Dental Council, the General Pharmaceutical Council, and the UK Council for Psychotherapists as well as continuing to represent Sports Professionals.
