Our team in the Tax Practice has a solid experience in providing advice to public and private companies in connection with federal taxation matters in Mexico, as well as in respect of a wide array of international taxation issues.

Particularly, our team regularly advises clients in connection with the tax implications arising in Mexico in regard to mergers and acquisitions, transactions in capital markets, structuring of investment funds, cross-border transactions, and also on their day-to-day operations.

The members of our Tax Practice have advised clients on the issuance and placement of securities in the local markets. Specifically, they have actively participated in advising clients for the placement of Development Capital Certificates (commonly known as CKDs), Energy and Infrastructure Investment Trusts (commonly known as Fibra E trusts), as well as Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs).
