The Mourant Guernsey Property team is comprised of specialist commercial property lawyers who are dedicated entirely to property issues. We are the only team in Guernsey whose sole focus is on commercial real estate, meaning that our time and resources are not subject to the competing demands caused by the residential housing market, and we remain dedicated to servicing our commercial clients.
