Assists clients on clean energy and LNG mandates, on top of its notable offering in conventional power work. Milbank advised GNPower Kauswagan on the development of a USD1.2 billion coal-fired power plant in Mindanao in the Philippines.

Milbank represented the lenders in relation to the USD1.4 billion project financing of the FPSO Anita Garibaldi MV33 to be deployed offshore Brazil.
