The team, which is in an intensive relationship to Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin), covers all aspects of German corporate law pertaining to groups of enterprises and corporate reorganizations, prepares and coaches shareholders' meetings of public companies, corporate litigation and appraisal proceedings and advises on national and global compliance strategies.
