Our Firm’s Real Estate practice is known for providing comprehensive advice in all segments of the real estate market, bringing together our expertise in regulatory matters, M&A, finance, environmental and tax law. Together with our Banking and Securities Practice, we participate in innovative real estate financing projects, and in asset and mortgage securitization structures.

A distinguishing factor of our practice is that we have a specialized Tax team, through which we are able to provide clients with legal and tax solutions when structuring their real estate deals. We also have a team of lawyers who specialize in contracting of rights of way, rights of use and similar structures necessary for infrastructure projects such as roads, gas pipelines, power plants and wind farms.

We advise real estate investors, developers, construction companies, owners and operators in important commercial, industrial, residential, and tourism developments. Our Real Estate practice is experienced representing hotel shareholders, owners, lessees and managers, both Mexican and international, in their operations throughout the country.
