Our team offer a comprehensive restructuring service to both corporate entities and individuals, covering both contentious and non-contentious matters.

Our experience includes providing advice in respect of debt-to-equity swaps, restructuring or re-scheduling of senior, mezzanine and unsecured loans and other financial instruments including bonds and swap arrangements.

Specialist insolvency advice

We have significant experience in dealing with every aspect of insolvency, of both a contentious or non-contentious nature. We act for insolvency practitioners in respect of the disposal and recovery of assets; challenging antecedent transactions; and pursuing directors’ duties claims. We also support a range of stakeholders involved with insolvent businesses and individuals, including creditors and directors, to understand and navigate the impact on them.
