Our attorneys guide clients through all aspects of real estate law for projects on improved and unimproved land, including brownfield, greenfield, infill, redevelopment, and public use. Our diverse clientele includes real estate owners, developers, operators, lenders, investors, landlords, tenants, builders, contractors, architects, design professionals, brokers, agents, homeowners associations, property management companies, and insurance companies.

McDonald Carano advises on all areas of commercial real estate: sales and acquisitions, leasing and development, borrowing and lending, complex litigation and appeals, bankruptcy and reorganization. We have negotiated real estate contracts and advised on the ownership, operation, leasing and financing of commercial real property. We represent commercial landlords and tenants in lease agreements and disputes, including enforcement of rights and remedies following defaults.

McDonald Carano also represents local and out-of-state lenders and borrowers in secured financing transactions, negotiates and prepares commercial loan documents, provides legal opinions to lenders, and counsels clients regarding loan foreclosures and workouts.
