• Renewable Energy – Development, financing, operation, powering and repowering, sale, and acquisition of utility-scale solar, wind, geothermal, and battery energy storage.
• Lithium – All sectors of lithium ecosystem from raw materials mining and processing to manufacturing, storage, and recycling batteries.
• Energy – Work with public utilities to procure energy and infrastructure for developing and operating large-scale energy consuming projects.
• Water Law – Matters involving water resources and rights management, including administrative and regulatory proceedings, water rights transfer and permitting applications, state and federal water management laws and process. Transactions and litigation re: development, acquisition, sale, lease, and storage of water. Compliance and litigation of water rights before administrative bodies and courts.
• Mining – Developing and permitting, environmental compliance, water resources, obtaining and defending project approvals.
