• structuring engineering, supply, processing, off-take, transportation, shipping, and physical and financial energy-trading contracts, as well as agreements relating to the ownership and transfer of emissions credits

• complex project development arrangements, including for LNG, carbon capture and storage, geothermal, hydrogen, biofuel and lithium battery projects

• all aspects of regulatory processes for many of the largest energy projects in North America, including federal, provincial and local government project approvals and permitting processes for LNG facilities, upstream pipelines and related infrastructure, midstream facilities, export authorizations and pipeline tolling and tariff issues
