Our Restructuring, Bankruptcy & Insolvency group have extensive experience in all aspects of restructuring and insolvency work, both contentious and non-contentious, including refinancings, consensual and non-consensual restructurings and workouts and the use of formal insolvency regimes. The group is renowned for its capability in: cross border restructurings and insolvencies; complex structured finance and leveraged finance restructurings; loan portfolio sales/acquisitions; pensions restructurings; and retail insolvencies.
