Our Finance & Projects Group’s primary goal is to provide our clients with legal advice on the banking and finance sector in the MENA region as well as on the strengths and weaknesses of security available to lenders in the MENA region market.

Headed by Mahmoud Bassiouny, Regional Managing Partner and Group Head of Finance and Projects, the Finance and Projects Group maintains close relationships with Egyptian financial institutions, which enable them to have first-hand knowledge of what constitutes commercially acceptable solutions for the major institutions involved in large-scale deals.
