Our Firm represents major insurance companies in litigation cases across Mexico and advises on a wide range of insurance matters. In fact, we recently argued on behalf of the Asociación Mexicana de Instituciones Seguros (AMIS) a relevant case before the Supreme Court of Justice that was ruled favorably for the insurance industry.

We have broad experience in international commercial arbitration, as well as in the enforcement and nullification of arbitral awards in Mexico. Some members of our Firm also serve as arbitrators or legal experts within relevant arbitration proceedings.
