The Maples Group's Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution team have nine lawyers in their department who originally qualified as barristers. This reflects their desire to move over time towards a "one-stop-shop" for clients seeking dispute resolution services – a model contemplated by recently introduced legislation intended to reform the legal services market.  

The group continues to excel in highly complex litigation. This is demonstrated by the fact that they are currently instructed in two of the biggest litigation cases (and biggest actions generally) being litigated in the Irish Courts.

The Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution have globally acknowledged expertise in financial services.  Our department leverages this expertise in acting on large and complex financial services litigation, as is shown by various matter highlights further in the submission.
