The Maples Group's Dispute Resolution team has established itself as a formidable and leading litigation department in the Irish market. Having regard to the strength and depth of our practice, we have particular expertise in the following practice areas:

Maples acts on contentious regulatory mandates and civil debt enforcement matters for a significant number of financial services sector clients. The team handles professional negligence claims both for the administrators of insolvent companies and for defendant financial advisers. The law firm is also well placed to assist with a range of claims arising out of insolvency situations. Lawyers at the practice additionally defend companies and individuals in investigations carried out by a range of other Irish regulators, with further experience in subsequent judicial review applications.
