We provide consulting, administrative, and judicial assistance with energy matters. We also work in project financing in the electrical power generation sector, both for entrepreneurs and financiers. Our services involve advice on energy auctions, mergers and acquisitions in the industry, and support in the main commercial contracts necessary for the development of an energy project.

We assist investors in project finance, structured finance (financing, securitization, debt issuance), bidding, and privatization, as well as in structuring and modeling projects and contracts. We act in different segments of power generation, including traditional generation and renewable.
TRANSMISSION
This is an area with significant growth opportunities, which needs high investments to accompany the new generation projects. In addition to regulatory consulting and litigation, we provide advice on project financing, structured transactions, bidding, and mergers and acquisitions.
