Our agribusiness law practice ranges from financing and capital market transactions, debt restructuring, corporate and M&A transactions, product exports and imports of equipment and inputs, to the acquisition and title regularization of rural properties, drafting and reviewing contracts and structuring and modeling transactions.

We also provide support in labor and social security matters, litigation, crisis management, and debt restructuring, and representing our clients in lawsuits.

We structure and issue agribusiness credit securities, such as the Rural Product Note (CPR), the Agribusiness Credit Rights Certificate (CDCA), the Agribusiness Credit Letter (LCA), and the Agribusiness Receivables Certificate (CRA), among others.

We also support our clients with complex issues of contracts, insurance, land rights, as well as offering advice on technological innovations, the carbon market, environmental licensing and regularization, and succession and family planning.
