Lundgrens’ dedicated IP & Life Science group is amongstthe largest and most experienced in Denmark with experts who provide advice onall aspects of intellectual property and life science ensuring that ourclients’ rights are handled and well-protected.

The group advises on contentious and non-contentious mattersfor national and international clients, including on how to establish,commercialise and enforce IP rights, e.g. patents, trademarks and designs. Thegroup is experienced in litigation of IP matters, including cross-border cases.Further, the group is deeply involved with compliance and regulatory mattersfor clients in areas such as pharmaceuticals, life science, consumer goods aswell as the clearing of marketing campaigns. The group is closely integratedwith other specialist practices of Lundgrens, including Tax, Employment andM&A, which allows us to advise on all angles of e.g. transactional matterspertaining to IP and transfer pricing projects.
