Ludwig + Partner Ltd. was established by four partners in 2011 who worked together in the tax team of a major Swiss law firm in Basel for many years. The team consists of 13 professionals and six assistants. Nine of the professionals are admitted attorneys at law and five thereof Swiss Certified Tax Experts.
The firm’s competence in the fields of law and tax is strengthened by a Civil Law Notary, administrative tax advisers and a chartered accountant. The partners and the better part of the professionals have worked together for many years. The firm is built on continuity. Using long-term relationships, the team members obtain experience from which their clients can profit daily; because good solutions are simple and pragmatic. To be able to find them is the teams’ daily challenge. 

All of the firm’s tax experts daily advise clients in various areas of tax law and have their individual focus and specialisations. Likewise they are further involved in the field of commercial law.
